Scotland is famous for it's weather and you may well see a bit of everything in the space of a few hours! Come prepared and enjoy it - it is part of what makes the country so beautiful. We don't cancel tours because of rain and more often than not the rain is never as bad or as continuous as it might seem.
When you book a tour you are sent an email which has a link enabling you to cancel or to amend your booking details. If you cancel within 48 hours (2 days) of the tour start date you will not receive any refund. If you cancel before that we will refund you, but will charge a GBP 5 per person admin fee. If you wish to change the tour or day we can do that for a GBP 5 per person admin fee.

Very occasionally we may be away from any phone or internet reception for a few days, but we will always be contactable at least 24hrs before your tour. If you haven't heard from us, you will!
