2020 Full day coast and bridges Edinburgh guided bike tour

Join this guided cycle tour to see the best of the coastline of Edinburgh, Scotland's capital city. Our tour starts at our bike depot in Leith where we fit you out with a bike your size. Our guide will explain the day to you.

Our route will take us from Edinburgh's port of Leith along the coast of the Firth or Forth.

We cycle on a mix of dedicated cycle paths and some minor roads.

We take in the promenade and historic village of Crammond at the mouth of the river Almond. Next is the working farm of Dalmeny Estate. We cycle past the gothic mansion of Dalmeny House, which is home to the Earl and Countess of Roseberry.

We will cycle through some ancient woodland and enjoy stunning views of the Forth bridges. You get the best views of Edinburgh looking back. The beautiful village of South Queensferry has several pubs and cafes where you can have  a welcome break and some lunch.

After this lunch break (lunch not included) we cycle back to town.
